Virginia Water Basement Update
Our Virginia Water Basement project is really starting to take shape. It's going to be some property, of real quality and design.
The basement team have done a fantastic job in laying the second half of the slab to the basement this week. We've been working hard, albeit in difficult conditions and it's really starting to progress.
We look forward to posting up further updates on our Virginia Water basement project in the coming weeks, once the concrete walls have been built.

We've been down on the South Coast, helping a landscaping firm with groundworks and concrete retaining walls at a new development.
The start of Autumn marks another new groundworks project at McGrath Civils. We're helping a property developer who is building 4 new residential houses on a site in Woking, in North-West Surrey. The project is due to be starting this week, on the 6th November 2023. We have been brought into clear the site, do all of the groundworks and the foundations for each of the 4 properties. We're looking forward to getting stuck into this one. As the project progresses, we'll post updates here on our website. We have been up in Cambridge, starting another new basement project, this time for a private client who is building a new 4-bed property. The basement will be 160m2.
