New Basement in Cambridge
Our basement project over on the luxury Wentworth Estate is starting to come along very nicely.
The Wentworth Estate in Surrey is a private estate, that is home to very large luxury properties, often all with completely bespoke designs. This project we're currently working on is for another large property with several thousand square foot of living space - it's going to be something very special!
The team have almost finished applying the external waterproof membrane, so we're almost ready for backfilling.
We'll post the finished updates over the coming weeks ahead!

We've been down on the South Coast, helping a landscaping firm with groundworks and concrete retaining walls at a new development.
The start of Autumn marks another new groundworks project at McGrath Civils. We're helping a property developer who is building 4 new residential houses on a site in Woking, in North-West Surrey. The project is due to be starting this week, on the 6th November 2023. We have been brought into clear the site, do all of the groundworks and the foundations for each of the 4 properties. We're looking forward to getting stuck into this one. As the project progresses, we'll post updates here on our website.
