The Basement team at McGrath Civils have been in Hastings in East Sussex, helping a customer build a basement for his re-development of his property.
The team assisted with the excavation of the site and built the waterproof concrete basement. Although modest in size, it was imperative the the client brought in a company that specialised in basement construction and we were pleased to have come in on time and on budget.

We've been down on the South Coast, helping a landscaping firm with groundworks and concrete retaining walls at a new development.
The start of Autumn marks another new groundworks project at McGrath Civils. We're helping a property developer who is building 4 new residential houses on a site in Woking, in North-West Surrey. The project is due to be starting this week, on the 6th November 2023. We have been brought into clear the site, do all of the groundworks and the foundations for each of the 4 properties. We're looking forward to getting stuck into this one. As the project progresses, we'll post updates here on our website.
