Update: Cambridge Basement Project
The Basement team at McGrath Civils have been doing a great job in Cambridge, for a private client who is building a nice 4-bed property.
The 160m2 is really starting to take shape, with the stalling on the insulation underway. This will be a lovely and warm basement once it's finished! it will be a nice place to work for the next few weeks.

We've been down on the South Coast, helping a landscaping firm with groundworks and concrete retaining walls at a new development.
The start of Autumn marks another new groundworks project at McGrath Civils. We're helping a property developer who is building 4 new residential houses on a site in Woking, in North-West Surrey. The project is due to be starting this week, on the 6th November 2023. We have been brought into clear the site, do all of the groundworks and the foundations for each of the 4 properties. We're looking forward to getting stuck into this one. As the project progresses, we'll post updates here on our website.
